Live on 45 courses across central Indiana

Your group chat just got a caddie.

Caddie is a phone number you add to the group text. Ask it for tee times in plain English — it checks 45 public courses around Indy live and replies with times, prices, and tap-to-book links. Right in the thread where your crew already talks.

How it works

Three steps. The third one is golf.

1

Add Caddie to the group text

It's just a contact. Tap the button, do a 30-second consent step, save the number, add it to your crew's chat like any friend.

2

Ask in plain English

Say Caddie to wake it: "Caddie, tee times Sunday 7:30–10 for 4 near Carmel." Follow up naturally — "for 2", "what about Saturday", "under $60".

3

Tap. Pay the course. Play.

Every result has a tap-to-book link straight to the course's own checkout. No fees added, no card stored, nothing held until a human books it.

Why crews keep it around

Built for the group chat, not another app.

It knows when it's being talked to

Caddie only speaks when called by name, then follows the conversation for a few minutes. Banter, trash talk, fantasy-league arguments — ignored. And it doesn't feed your chat to an AI: parsing is deterministic, boring, and private by design.

45 courses. Six booking systems. One text.

ForeUp, TeeItUp, TeeSnap, Club Caddie, Chronogolf, TeeQuest — searched live in seconds, prices included, closest courses first. That's the entire public golf map of central Indiana in your thread.

It can keep watch

Nothing open at 8 on Saturday? Have Caddie watch for it. First opening that matches, your crew gets a text.

No fees on top. Ever.

Booking sites charge $2.49–$3.49 per player in "convenience fees." Caddie links you to the course's own checkout — your foursome keeps that beer money. One flat price covers the whole crew.

Pricing

One price. The whole crew.

A crew is one group chat — everyone in it is covered. Split it four ways and it's about three bucks each.

$12.99/mo

per crew — not per person

≈ $3.25 each for a foursome
  • Unlimited searches & booking links

FAQ

Fair questions.

How does Caddie get into our group chat?

Hit "Set up your crew," confirm your number on the consent page, and you'll get Caddie's phone number. Save it as a contact and add it to the group text — same as adding a friend. It works in normal iPhone/Android group texts.

Does Caddie book the tee time for us?

It finds the times and hands you a tap-to-book link to the course's own checkout. A human always confirms and pays — Caddie never stores a card, never places a hold, never books on its own.

Which courses does it cover?

45 public courses across central Indiana — Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Indy metro and beyond — every one verified against its live booking system. Missing your course? Text Caddie "add [course name]" and we'll look into it.

Is it reading everything we say?

It only sees the chat it's added to, and it only acts when someone says its name (or ⛳). Everything else is ignored and not fed to any AI — the parsing is rule-based on purpose.

What does it cost the rest of my crew?

Nothing unless you split it. One person subscribes for the chat ($12.99/mo), everyone in it gets full access. Venmo math is your business.

Saturday's tee sheet is filling up.

Set up takes about two minutes — most of that is picking which group chat gets to have it first.
